It used to be normally thought that a B.Com degree is enough to get a job. But in today’s job market scenario, having a degree from one of the best commerce colleges in India is not enough to land a good position. Most of the time it is not because of the degree or the college but due to other reasons, like:

Skill set: Although there are a lot of job opportunities available for a B.Com graduate, the major stumbling block becomes the position and the salary offered. Students generally rely on only the academic course and have no inclination to acquire practical skills much required for a job later on.
